There are a number of ways you can place an order:
1. Online via our lovely shop.
You can buy as a VIP (and earn points) or as a normal person!
Pay via:
Credit or Debit card using PAYPAL. You do not need to have an account with PAYPAL and it is very easy and secure. This payment method is instant.
Direct Deposit. (into our bank account from your bank account) This may take 1 to 3 days to clear.
Cheque or Money order. This will take 7 to 10 days via post and then to clear.
We protect your data with a 256-bit single-root SSL Certificate, signed by GeoTrust. This ensures that your credit card and other private information is secure, and cannot be intercepted!

2. Email. Simply email info@beyondpinkandblue.com to let us know what you want, and your method of payment (same as above payment options). We will contact you within 24 hours with order confirmation and payment details.

3. Call us with your order details. Ph: 0420 856 999. We can talk about it over the phone!

2. If you have not signed in as a VIP yet, sign in, join up or just continue to checkout.

3. DELIVERY INFORMATION PAGE: Check your shipping address (where you would like your purchase to be sent to on completion of your layby.) and method.
Press Continue.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION PAGE: Check the billing address is correct.
At PAYMENT METHOD box, select LAYBY.

5. (If VIP, redeem any shopping points you have valid)

6. If there are any items to be gift wrapped, type what is to be wrapped for whom, in the comments box.
Press Continue.

7. You are at the conformation page.
Down the bottom there will be the Payment Information box that will have a message letting you know that we will contact you (via email) with all Layby related info.

8. Confirm your order and you are done (for now).

9. You will receive all the usual order emails (automatic) following the placement of your Layby.

10. We will email you within 24 hours for your deposit and establish a payment plan with you.

LAYBY TERMS:
* No minimum purchase
* Deposit of 20% required to secure products for Layby - payment choices: direct deposit into our bank account or Paypal invoice emailed to you
* Regular payments made weekly or fortnightly - after deposit has been made, you will be emailed according to your payment plan, when payments are due
* Layby life of 3 months - if you have been making regular payments, we can look at extending it.
* You will loose your deposit (20%) if you cancel your Layby. Same applies if you do not make payments after we have contacted you and have had no reply (yes, we will telephone you too!) . We will give you 14 days.
* There are no Layby fees (Yay!)

Gift Certificates

You can purchase a Gift Certificate (or Voucher), by clicking the orange "buy gift certificate" button on the top left hand side on any page of the shop. Paypal processes all our certificates. They last for 18 months and you can choose from a range of dollar amounts as your gift. You can print the certificate out and present it in person (or by mail), or you can set a time for it to be emailed to the recipient.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. We do not charge GST. Beyond pink and blue reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Beyond pink and blue delivers Australia wide and overseas using the services of Australia Post.
We ship via Regular and Express Post . We recommend the use of Express Post over standard Regular Post if you want your parcel delivered quickly. Express Post parcels can be tracked should a problem arise.
Regular Post parcels will be wrapped in brown paper or recycled package boxes. The contents inside will be well protected with tissue paper and bubble wrap.
We can deliver to you, or if the item is a gift we can deliver to the recipient's address.
Regular post parcels cost $6.50 for anywhere in Australia. Express Post costs are based on weight of package and delivered in Australia only. Postage is calculated at checkout.

Regular Post
$6.50 Flat rate. Between 2 to 5 days, depending where you live in Australia.
Express post
Delivery within 2 business days to all areas - within 1 business day to most metropolitan areas.
Orders for Express Post delivery must be in by 3pm to be posted that day. After 3pm, it will be posted the next day.

Up to 3kg $11.00
Over 3kg or bulky(*) $25.00

International Orders

Beyond pink and blue is based in Melbourne, Australia. We will happily ship purchases overseas using Australia Post Air Mail. Estimated time of delivery is within two weeks from ordering. Please note that if your country's shipping is not shown on the checkout total for overseas orders, please contact us and we will arrange shipping to show.

Pick Up from our address.

We do offer this for people who live in Melbourne. We are based in the North Balwyn area. Picking up of purchases is free. We will contact you when we receive your order to organise a pick up time.

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Whilst we hold most items in stock, items may be sold out and will therefore take a little more time. We will notify you if this is the case and you will have the option to change or cancel your order if you need to.

In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, beyond pink and blue will happily exchange or refund your purchase providing it is returned in original packaging with tags attached and is unworn and unwashed.

Please notify Beyond pink and blue within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.
If you have received an item which is unsuitable due to sizing, not what you thought it was, etc., please email us prior to sending the item back with your details and the reason for exchange and we will replace with a more suitable item.
